Made this wiring sub-harness for the generator.

Lets see if the standard type wires can stand the heat..

Otherwise been too busy doing other stuff than wrenching the bike..

Bearings in box, all holes tap and die after blasting

Clutch shaft inserted, outside o-ring in place

drive gear and nut fitted
